What exactly does no minimum quantity mean?

Exactly what it sounds like. Whether you want 500, or 50, or only 3 copies of
your document - CatPrint is happy to help! We print as many or as few copies as
you want. You can order in any increment you want - no need to order 50 or 10
more at a time. Each job has a small set-up fee, then you pay only for the
prints you actually order. We print only what you need, when you need it.

How quickly will I receive my CatPrints?

Our turn-around time is super low – we guarantee that there will be no more
than five days between when we see your order and when you receive the order.

How easy is it to get my documents to CatPrint?

Really, really easy. Simply convert any document to PDF format, then upload it
using our free custom software. You can use any commercially available PDF
utility – we’ve even found some free utilities online for you. See

Where can I find free PDF converters on the Web?
Is there any way for me to proof my
documents?
|
To insure that we print what you want, CatPrint turns each of your pages into a
low resolution image. Which you can view after your PDF upload completes. Our
printing process guarantees what we print will look just like these images, but
at a much higher resolution.
It is important to proof these images, so that when when you open that package
from CatPrint, you are getting just what you expect.
Some things to check for:

Check that all your text is displaying correctly. If its not check your
settings on your PDF creation utility, and make sure that you are embedding
fonts in the PDF.

If you are using advanced drawing features in your word processor or drawing
program, please check that these will be printed correctly.

Of course please check your spelling, phone numbers, weblinks, and email
addresses.

Check to make sure that you have the correct margins. For standard documents
you should have a 1/8" white space on all margins. For full bleed documents see

Check to make sure that the "Orientation" and "Flip Style" parameters are
correct.

Check to make sure you have uploaded the correct number of pages.

How is my CatPrint order total calculated?

Your order total is a combination of factors including the paper type and
document size of your job, the finishing (folding or other document
preparation) options, the amount of full color printing your job includes,
processing costs, and whether or not your document is full bleed (color printed
to the edge of the document). That’s a lot of factors, but CatPrint’s site will
dynamically calculate the total cost of your job as you select options, making
sure that you always know exactly how much a job is going to cost.

Do I have to create an account to CatPrint?

Definitely not! Although every CatPrint customer has the option of conveniently
saving their shipping address and billing information on our secure servers,
this is not mandatory. If you would prefer to enter your information every
